Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Relationship
GramaCart operates a hyperlocal commerce platform connecting customers, sellers, delivery partners, hubs, and fulfillment operations.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint venture relationship between GramaCart and the Seller.
2. Seller Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate business information.
- Supply genuine products.
- Ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide accurate pricing.
3. Product Listings
Product listings may be reviewed, approved, modified, suspended, or removed by GramaCart.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for preparing products accurately and within agreed operational timelines.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds resulting from seller-related issues may be deducted from future settlements.
6. Customer Data
Sellers shall not share, sell, store, misuse, or disclose customer information.
7. Brand Protection
Sellers shall not use GramaCart branding, trademarks, logos, domain names, social media assets, or marketing materials without prior written approval.
8. Anti-Circumvention
Sellers shall not divert customers obtained through GramaCart to direct or off-platform sales.
9. Suspension
GramaCart may suspend, restrict, or terminate seller participation at its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
GramaCart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
